A Word From Anthony

My name is Anthony, and I'm the man behind Seed To Stage - a source for knowledge and education around all things music creation. Over my 15+ year career, I've been blessed to be recognized as a nationally touring producer / guitar player of Papadosio, a solo tour songwriter / performer as Earthcry, and an active mixing / mastering engineer with over 200 releases under my belt. I'm new to Ableton, which course should I begin with?

Ableton Live is an incredible tool and there are many directions you can go with it. This is why I have created 4 different courses focusing on the 4 main paths you can take, songwriting, mixing, sound design, and live performance. All of these courses can be taken by an absolute beginner, but commonly I will tell new students to begin with the Songwriting and Composition course. The reason is, not only does it teach you the fundamentals of creating music in Ableton, but through that process you will create material that you can use in the other courses.

At the same time, I don't want experienced Ableton users to get the impression that the Songwriting course is only for beginners, as it very quickly escalates into advanced lessons such as deep songwriting tactics, applying music theory to the DAW, and strategies for finalizing your music! All skill levels will benefit.
